Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund of the experience price if Dryynk receives your cancellation at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.

Cancellations received less than 72 hours before start are generally non-refundable, unless Dryynk and/or the partner winery expressly agree otherwise in writing, or mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

You receive a full refund or a free reschedule, at your choice where practicable.

Failure to attend without timely cancellation is non-refundable.

Date/time changes are subject to availability and partner approval.

Unless a specific event page states a different rule, the 72-hour rule applies.

Optional transport arranged after booking may have separate cancellation terms stated in the quote confirmation.

Coming Soon packages are not bookable; when launched, their cancellation terms will be shown at purchase.
