Terms of Service

    Last updated: 23 September 2026

    1. Who we are

These Terms govern use of the Dryynk website (https://dryynktours.com) and booking of wine tourism experiences, tastings, events, and related services offered by Dryynk, an authorized dealer (Osek Murshe / עוסק מורשה) number 200970515, with business address at רחוב שלומציון המלכה, ירושלים (Shlomzion HaMalka St, Jerusalem, Israel).

    Operator contact: John Emerezian / ג׳ון אמרזיאן - 054-929-1272 - john.emerezian@gmail.com.

For invoices, tax documents, booking confirmations, and other written transaction documents, Dryynk will show the business name Dryynk, Osek 200970515, and the Jerusalem address above, together with the price and service details of your booking.

    2. Services

Dryynk facilitates bookings for experiences at partner wineries and venues. Some experiences are operated with third-party partners. Availability, timing, and on-site details may depend on the partner winery or venue. Multi-day packages marked Coming Soon are not bookable until launched.

    3. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed when Dryynk (or its payment provider) accepts your payment and you receive confirmation. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed and are generally presented inclusive of applicable Israeli VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by secure third-party providers: card payment for cards issued in Israel, and PayPal, which also accepts cards issued outside Israel without a PayPal account. The provider's terms may also apply to the payment step.

    4. Guest responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact details, arrive on time at the designated meeting point (default: meet at the winery unless otherwise stated on the experience page), and follow winery and venue safety and conduct rules. Minimum age, dress, or other rules set by the winery apply. Dryynk sells wine and wine experiences to customers aged 18 and over only, and we ask for a date of birth before a wine order or a private tour request is accepted. Alcohol service follows Israeli law and winery policy; Dryynk and partners may refuse service where legally required.

    5. Transport

Unless expressly included in the experience description, experiences are meet-at-winery. Optional transport may be arranged as a quote after booking and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp). Dryynk is not a transport marketplace. Third-party drivers or vehicles may provide transport under separate arrangements. Any transport price, pickup details, and cancellation terms for transport will be stated in the quote confirmation.

    6. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation and refund rules for experiences are set out in our Cancellation Policy. Unless a specific event page states otherwise, free cancellation of the experience price requires notice at least 72 hours before the experience start time. Statutory consumer rights under Israeli law may apply in addition to this commercial policy where relevant; nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Israeli law.

    7. Wine and product orders

Where wine or other products are offered for sale (including future wine shop offerings), separate order confirmation, stock, shipping, and refund terms apply as set out in Shipping and Refunds and on the product page. Stock and vintage availability are not guaranteed until confirmed. Do not treat Coming Soon packages as product orders.

    8. Packages

Packages labeled Coming Soon are not available for purchase. When a package launches, its price, inclusions, and terms will be shown on the package page before checkout.

    9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dryynk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Partner wineries, venues, and independent transport providers are responsible for their own services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Israeli law.

    10. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Dryynk or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written consent.

    11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive venue: competent courts in Jerusalem, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

    12. Changes

Dryynk may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
