Shipping and Refunds

This policy covers wine bottle and pack orders from the Ashkar and Julia shops on Dryynk. Wine may be purchased on its own or with an experience. Experience bookings are covered by the Cancellation Policy.

Dryynk sells wine at the winery list price shown on the product page. You may buy wine with or without an experience booking when that option is available.

Prices are shown in ILS. Ashkar shipping is ₪46 per order and free on orders of 6 bottles or more. Julia shipping is ₪50 per order and free when the Julia product subtotal is ₪500 or more. The final checkout shows and charges the wine and shipping together through secure checkout by card or PayPal.

The relevant partner winery fulfills and ships the wine to the address provided at checkout. Dryynk sends the paid order and delivery details to that winery.

Julia delivery is estimated at approximately 7 business days. Ashkar delivery timing may vary, and the winery will provide delivery details.

Before the winery ships: contact john.emerezian@gmail.com or 054-929-1272 as soon as possible; Dryynk will try to stop the order if it has not shipped. After the winery has shipped: no cancellation and no refund, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Wrong item or damaged shipment: contact us promptly with photos and order details; remedies are handled case by case with the winery.

Out-of-stock items remain visible but cannot be added to the cart. Availability is checked again before an order is created.

Wine is sold to customers aged 18 and over only. We ask for your date of birth at checkout and record the confirmed age with the order. The purchaser and the delivery recipient must be 18 or older, and delivery may be refused where age verification fails.
