This monthly experience celebrates tradition, craftsmanship, and community. 🍷 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM - Winery Experience Begin with an exclusive guided tour of Taybeh's renowned winery (complimentary). Enjoy a curated tasting flight of one white, one rosé, and one red wine served with light nibbles. Bottles are available for purchase from the brewery shop. 🍺 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM - Brewery Tour Visit the region's iconic micro-brewery, led by Madees Khoury - the first and only female brewer in the Middle East. Includes a complimentary guided brewery tour and two beer tasting samples. Browse craft beer & wine, Taybeh olive oil, brewery merchandise, and handmade products from local women's organizations. 🌿 Relax in the Outdoor Beer Garden Unwind in the brewery's scenic outdoor seating area overlooking rolling hills and olive groves. Lawn games and casual activities available. 🍽️ Optional Traditional Lunch (+60 NIS per person) Add a homemade Israeli meal: Chicken Makloubeh, Vegetarian Makloubeh, or a Chicken Sandwich, served with a beer (or non-alcoholic), Arabic coffee, and traditional dessert. Headcount required in advance. ✨ 3:00 PM - Farewell Guests are also welcome to explore the historic old town of Taybeh and visit its ancient church before or after.
